We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who will be the driving force behind our new business acquisition and growth in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and a proven track record in sales.

Join our dynamic team, where you will:

  • Take ownership of penetrating and winning new accounts to meet revenue and profit targets. You will conduct thorough market analysis to identify new projects and customer opportunities, creating key account plans to ensure early identification of customer needs.
  • Be the architect of our strategic go-to-market models, applying both tactical and strategic approaches aimed at driving customer base expansion in the short and long terms. Develop and execute initiatives to drive higher revenues, customer growth, and retention, collaborating closely with your internal stakeholders.
  • Elevate our brand by promoting it with customers, prospects, and alliance partners through participation and exposure at industry events. Collaborate with Marketing to identify and execute strong marketing campaigns and events to generate new opportunities.
  • Take charge of contract management, owning and managing contract documents with support from the general counsel. Ensure contracts are accurate, comprehensive, and legally compliant, addressing any client-specific requirements or concerns.
  • Own your deals from start to finish, bearing the full risk and responsibility of revenue generation, serving as the primary point of contact for all deal-related inquiries. You will be the first line of questioning during forecast calls, providing insights into deal progression and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with a purpose, pulling together the right team of Discovery, Solution Engineers, and other internal stakeholders as needed to support deal progression and client engagement.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships, connecting with Executive Buyers and Internal Champions to understand their strategic objectives and explore budgetary considerations at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, setting up meetings with customers and engaging Discovery and Solution Engineers to facilitate productive sessions aimed at uncovering client needs and aligning solutions.
  • Navigate complex approval dynamics within large organizations, particularly within departments such as IT, Procurement, and Legal. Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal departments to expedite deal approvals.

What are we looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in large account software sales, in the oil&gas, chemicals or energy industries. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field. 
  • Excellent use of English. Arabic is preferable but not mandatory. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership with an understanding of the dynamics of working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. 
  • Proven track record of consistently high performance and a hunter sales mentality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with prospective customers as well as capability to get access to VP- and C-level executives from scratch.
  • Your values: integrity, team-player, ambition, resourcefulness, resilience. 
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more as needed within territory &/or company events.
