What you’ll do
- Offer deep technical knowledge to design and develop industry-specific software solutions.
- Lead design, planning, and implementation meetings alongside our Product Managers.
- Investigate and resolve domain-specific issues, ensuring regulatory compliance and market fit.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and instructional videos to enhance product understanding.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users, partners, and colleagues, both online and onsite.
- Facilitate client workshops and support implementation projects.
- Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and addressing RFI and RFQ queries.
- Contribute to the software roadmap and evaluate feature requests.
- Conduct real-world testing of software and calculations, advising on test cases.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience within the domain, including workshop facilitation, consulting services, and training delivery.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and identify future market opportunities.
- Strong writing and documentation skills to build and maintain our knowledge library.
- Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humor.
- Proven knowledge or certification around industry methodologies such as API 580/581/584, IEC 61511, ISO 14224/17020.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in using and/or designing AIM software in asset-intensive industries.
