As an Implementation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of implementing IMS, a unified set of software solutions for asset integrity management. Your role will not only ensure flawless data migrations and enhance quality assurance processes to achieve sustainable outcomes but also focus on helping our customers to gain a functional understanding of the Asset Integrity Management (AIM) solution.
You will collaborate closely with Cenosco customers, and Cenosco domain experts, in helping the Cenosco customers apply industry best practices within their organizations through the effective use of the Cenosco IMS solution. This is a customer-facing role, so experience in managing customer relationships and effective communication with clients is highly valued.
Your role will be pivotal in proactively managing customer relationships, documenting your work meticulously, and collaborating with team members and clients globally. Additionally, you will guide customers in optimizing their asset integrity management processes by leveraging the full capabilities of the Cenosco IMS platform. Experience in the Asset Integrity Management domain or a similar field is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset.

What you'll do
- Work with customers to get a comprehensive understanding of the scope of software implementations and the data migrations needed
- Proactively manage customer relationships
- Perform quality assurance and quality control on your delivery
- Document your work and processes

- Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
