Your profile
As the Demand Generation Manager at Cenosco, you will play a critical role in driving our B2B marketing initiatives to generate demand and nurture leads within the Oil & Gas sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract potential customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion of leads.
  • Utilize a mix of outbound and inbound marketing techniques to generate high-quality leads.
  • Focus on in-person marketing efforts such as trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events.
Team Management:
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Regularly update sales forecasts and pipeline reports for review with the sales team.
Performance Analysis:
  • Track and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns using key metrics.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven experience in demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies and in-person marketing events.
  • Experience managing a marketing team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
