We’re looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to drive lasting impact within our key accounts.

WHAT You'll do

  • Own relationships with key accounts to drive adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value
  • Build and deliver actionable Customer Success Plans tied to client goals
  • Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executives to align strategy and results
  • Serve as the customer’s voice internally to influence product and service improvements
  • Manage contract processes and renewal cycles with legal and commercial accuracy
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support account expansion
  • Document and scale best practices through repeatable playbooks and success tools

WHAT You'll Need

  • 7+ years managing large B2B accounts in Customer Success or Account Management roles
  • Proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and contract growth in SaaS or tech
  • Excellent communication and executive engagement skills, from kick-off to QBR
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to manage accounts and solve problems
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts with enterprise clients
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Fluent in English and open to international travel (25%+)
