WHAT You'll do
- Own relationships with key accounts to drive adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value
- Build and deliver actionable Customer Success Plans tied to client goals
- Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executives to align strategy and results
- Serve as the customer’s voice internally to influence product and service improvements
- Manage contract processes and renewal cycles with legal and commercial accuracy
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support account expansion
- Document and scale best practices through repeatable playbooks and success tools
WHAT You'll Need
- 7+ years managing large B2B accounts in Customer Success or Account Management roles
- Proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and contract growth in SaaS or tech
- Excellent communication and executive engagement skills, from kick-off to QBR
- Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to manage accounts and solve problems
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts with enterprise clients
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Fluent in English and open to international travel (25%+)
