We are on the lookout for an experienced Infrastructure & DevOps Tech Lead to architect and guide the foundation of our next-generation SaaS platform!

As a Infra & DevOps Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of our Infra & DevOps strategy, mentor a growing team, and drive the evolution of our platform’s reliability, scalability, and security.

You’ll lead a skilled and collaborative team at a pivotal stage of a major platform transformation. This is your opportunity to shape the future, define standards, and make a lasting impact across the organization.

What You'll do

Lead, manage and mentor
Design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Champion containerization and orchestration strategies with Docker and Kubernetes
Architect and automate infrastructure and deployment processes across environments
Define and enforce DevOps best practices and standards across teams
Guide the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and related tools)
Mentor DevOps Engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Drive platform-wide initiatives to improve performance, security, and reliability

What You'll Need

10+ years in software engineering, including 6+ in DevOps and 2+ in a leadership role
Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar)
Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.)
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and manage/develop engineers
Solid understanding of SaaS infrastructure and deployment strategies
Background in performance tuning and cost optimization
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Familiarity with security and compliance in DevOps workflows

Bonus Points for

Knowledge of the Oil & Gas domain
Experience deploying to both cloud and on-premise environments
Exposure to hybrid cloud infrastructure
Experience leading platform migrations or modernization projects
