We’re looking for a creative Content Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand visibility and generate demand through engaging content and strategic campaigns. 

At Cenosco, we build cutting-edge Asset Integrity Management software used by global industry leaders. As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing content initiatives that resonate with our target audience, support our demand generation efforts, and position Cenosco as a thought leader in the industry. 

You’ll be part of a collaborative Revenue Growth team, working closely with marketing, design, and product experts to make a real impact. 

 

WHAT You'll do 

  • Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Sponsored Content, InMail, Google Ads)
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals
  • Coordinate with designers and writers to produce high-quality content
  • Define and refine ICPs (ideal customer profiles) and build segmented audiences
  • Post regularly on LinkedIn and other platforms to boost engagement
  • Promote thought leadership by amplifying key voices within Cenosco
  • Track performance and continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness
 

WHAT You'll Need 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in content or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign targeting
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and iteration
 

Bonus Points for 

  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas domain
  • Experience with international campaigns and regional targeting
  • Strong portfolio of LinkedIn content or thought leadership initiatives
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Passion for learning and trying new approaches
