We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence in North America, with a strong focus on the Texas market (Houston area) as we establish our local presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with key industry players.


What You'll Do

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement through to contract signature
  • Identify, develop, and win new enterprise customers, with a strong focus on new business
  • Build and execute structured account plans aligned with customer needs and business priorities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across technical and business functions, including Engineering, IT, Procurement, and Executive leadership
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long-term impact
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers and internal teams to ensure a strong functional and commercial fit
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator
  • Represent Cenosco in the region through customer visits and industry events
  • Support the build-out of our local presence in Houston and contribute to market expansion strategy

What You'll Need

  • 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS sales
  • Proven success closing mid-to-large deals (>$500k ARR) in complex buying environments
  • Experience within Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or other asset-intensive industries
  • Currently based in Houston, Texas
  • Strong network within the Texas / Gulf Coast industrial market is a plus
  • Ability to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders and guide decision-making processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A disciplined, structured, and self-driven approach to sales
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed (30%+)
