We’re looking for an experienced Financial Accounting Manager (Interim) to lead our accounting operations and support a critical system implementation project. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth integration of new processes during a transitional period.

What You'll do
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Lead the implementation of a new finance/accounting system, including data migration and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business needs.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Manage a team of accountants, payroll officer and facilities manager
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Financial Accounting Manager or similar senior accounting role
- Experience in managing 3–6 people team
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards. Proven multi-GAAP, intercompany, tax accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with digitizing and automating transactional workflows as well as finance system implementation (ERP or accounting software)
- Experience in either SaaS or project driven companies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and consolidation tools (Jedox, ExactOnline or simillar)

- Experience with international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Background in change management during system transitions
- Knowledge of tax regulations and audit processes
- Previous experience in an interim or project-based finance leadership role
