We’re looking for a strategic and creative Digital Advertising & Brand Positioning Manager to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable growth through targeted campaigns and innovative positioning strategies. 

At Cenosco, we build cutting-edge Asset Integrity Management software trusted by global industry leaders. In this role, you will lead initiatives that amplify our brand visibility, optimize advertising performance, and position Cenosco as a market leader in the industry. 

You’ll join our Revenue Growth team, collaborating with marketing, design, and product experts to make a tangible impact on our brand and pipeline. 
 

What You'll do 

  • Own and optimize paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan and engage tailored campaigns across different markets (Europe, APAC, North America)
  • Develop and execute brand positioning campaigns that differentiate Cenosco in the market
  • Create and manage advertising funnels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Analyse audience insights and refine ICPs for precise targeting and segmentation
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI, implementing A/B tests and continuous improvements
  • Leverage thought leadership and storytelling to strengthen brand authority
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative advertising tactics 

 
What You'll Need 

  • 3 – 5+ years in digital advertising, performance marketing, or brand strategy
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization
  • Professional experience in working with international environment and preparing campaigns for various international markets
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
 

Bonus Points For 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledge of international campaigns and regional targeting
  • Strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and retargeting strategies
