We’re looking for a strategic and creative Digital Advertising & Brand Positioning Manager to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable growth through targeted campaigns and innovative positioning strategies.
At Cenosco, we build cutting-edge Asset Integrity Management software trusted by global industry leaders. In this role, you will lead initiatives that amplify our brand visibility, optimize advertising performance, and position Cenosco as a market leader in the industry.You’ll join our Revenue Growth team, collaborating with marketing, design, and product experts to make a tangible impact on our brand and pipeline.
What You'll do
- Own and optimize paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and engage tailored campaigns across different markets (Europe, APAC, North America)
- Develop and execute brand positioning campaigns that differentiate Cenosco in the market
- Create and manage advertising funnels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Analyse audience insights and refine ICPs for precise targeting and segmentation
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, implementing A/B tests and continuous improvements
- Leverage thought leadership and storytelling to strengthen brand authority
- Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative advertising tactics
What You'll Need
- 3 – 5+ years in digital advertising, performance marketing, or brand strategy
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization
- Professional experience in working with international environment and preparing campaigns for various international markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of international campaigns and regional targeting
- Strong portfolio of successful paid campaigns and brand initiatives
