In this role, you’ll define project goals, manage resources, mitigate risks, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll be at the center of our operations, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring Implementation projects to life.

What You'll do

• Bring Project Management best practices to be shared within the team
• Drive project execution on budget, scope and timeline leveraging internal and customer’s resources
• Drive Change Request when it applies
• Work and validate project estimates
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring quality assurance
• Track progress, manage documentation, and report to stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful delivery
• Facilitate smooth adoption of the IMS solutions for our customers
• Achieve high customer satisfaction from project deliveries

 

What You'll Need 

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Implementation Manager in an IT company
• In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures
• Master in modern project management good practices
• Decisive, highly organized, structured, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and a high-level work ethics and integrity
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Pro-active problem solver
• Experience with integration and interfaces

 

Bonus Points For 

• Knowledge of Oil & Gas domain
• Project Management certifications
