Support Specialist – Training Academy (Student)

Your profile

We’re looking for a tech-curious student who loves helping others and solving problems. In this role, you’ll support our Training Academy by coordinating trainings and providing hands-on technical support, helping ensure our eLearning and in-person trainings run smoothly and that learners have a successful experience. 

What You'll Do 

  • Process all incoming requests from the Academy inbox, schedule training sessions, register learners, and coordinate with trainers and stakeholders.(Training operations)
  • Become proficient in our Learning Management System (LMSso that you can setup online courses, manage access, track progress, generate reports, and review feedback. (Learning platform support)
  • Learn IMS, the software we develop, so you can support learners with exercises, troubleshoot questions, prepare the training environment, investigate issues, and grade assessments. (Technical support)

What You'll Need 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a technical or IT-related field
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and a technical mindset, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A problemsolving attitude and the ability to support learners and troubleshoot issues independently
  • Familiarity with SQL or databases is a plus
