The role starts as a 12-month cover with the potential to grow into a permanent position for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the marketing automation platform. Build, optimise, and maintain workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring models
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms, tailored to key markets (Europe, APAC, North America)
- Manage and continuously improve the lead lifecycle-from acquisition through nurture to sales handoff-ensuring efficient, well-timed communication throughout
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance: track KPIs, run A/B tests, interpret data, and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Maintain and improve audience segmentation and ICP targeting across markets
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed and aligned with broader GTM priorities
- Support product marketing activities;help excite existing users about new features and releases through targeted in-tool messaging, email, and social
- Coordinate with external agencies where needed and keep the marketing tech stack clean, connected, and performing
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (search, display, video)
- Strong analytical skills(comfortable with KPI/OKR frameworks, performance reporting, and data-driven optimisation)
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-starting mindset. You can pick up context quickly, work independently, and deliver without heavy oversight
- Available to start quickly and commit to a 12-month engagement

- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation and retargeting strategies
