Europe - Remote
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your profile

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Director to build and scale Cenosco’s commercial presence across South East Europe & Central Asia, with a strong focus on the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining and Petrochemical industries.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales leader who understands the region, knows how to open doors with senior decision-makers, and can turn market knowledge and relationships into sustainable revenue growth.

At Cenosco, you’ll be joining a growing SaaS company with strong product-market fit in the industrial sector. Our software helps asset-intensive organisations manage integrity, reduce risk, and extend the life of their critical assets.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll be responsible for growing the regional business while personally driving strategic enterprise opportunities. You’ll build relationships with key accounts, develop the market, and over time help shape and grow the regional sales organisation.

Based in Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to build on Cenosco’s existing presence while taking ownership of the next phase of growth across South East Europe and Central Asia.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow the South Eastern Europe & Central Asia business: Set the regional go-to-market strategy, own the revenue target and forecast, build the pipeline, and personally drive strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Be a Player-Coach: Lead complex, high-value sales cycles while building and developing the sales team as Cenosco’s presence in the region
  • Build the market and our network: Establish strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across Oil & Gas and industrial organisations
  • Collaborate and shape the future: Work closely with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Domain Experts, Product and Professional Services to win strategic accounts and bring market insights back into the global organisation.
  • Represent Cenosco in the market: Build our brand and customer network through executive meetings, industry events, conferences and strategic travel.

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in Russian is required, enabling you to effectively build relationships and serve customers across South Eastern Europe and Central Asian markets.
  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, software, technology or another complex solution environment, with a proven track record of winning new business and closing six-figure enterprise deals.
  • Proven experience working across South East Europe & Central Asia markets, with a strong understanding of regional business dynamics and customer buying behaviour.
  • Strong domain knowledge or experience selling into Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Petrochemical or other industrial sectors.
  • A proven ability to build C- and VP-level relationships from scratch and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive and resilient mindset, you’re comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership and enjoy building something rather than inheriting an established market.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills, combined with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Based in Europe, with the ability to work remotely or from The Hague on a hybrid basis.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region (40%+)
